New Year, New City, Ingleside Terraces

Over the holidays I thought I would be moving back to the San Jose area, but on Feb 1st, I moved to San Francisco. In December I started working on a 12 week real estate curriculum and we filed our brokerage with the USPTO. Our CUCP with Caltrans has just been updated to allow us to bid on government contracts relating to real estate. Trevor and Helia bought and moved to Oakland Hills just before New Years.
This is Ingleside Terraces, southwest San Francisco, near San Francisco City College.
