Ko’Olina “Place of Joy”

Came out here to celebrate mom's birthday on Saturday.
Spent most of the time at Ko'Olina, where we've vacationed frequently at the Marriott Ko'Olina. My brother and I stayed at the Four Seasons years ago when it was the Ihilani.
While living here 2019/20 studying for my Hawaii Broker's exam, I worked at the Ko'Olina Pro Shop, the Honolulu Airport (AA Operations), then Waialae Country Club Fitness Center.
I lived here for 8 years after graduating the University of Colorado at Boulder, and also as a kid when my dad was in the Army. Lived mostly at Nuuanu and Hawaii Kai.
Visited our sister campus, Vive Honolulu, across the street from the NBC and a "personal must - Zippy's at Hawaii Kai".
Continued with class on Thursday and Tuesday and will be listing a 2/1 condo shortly.
This unit is at the Royal Aloha, at the entrance of Waikiki, across the street from the Landmark, at the corner of Ala Wai and Kalakaua. It's walking distance to the Honolulu Convention Center, Hilton Hawaiian Village, Ft. DeRussy and Waikiki Beach.
